I’m Lisa, and I’m excited you’re here.

I’ve been a leader in many capacities of business and employment.
However, the role of being the leader in my own life is the most challenging of all and the one I treasure the most.

Like many others, I assumed I was leading my life according to my own values and interests.

So, it was a real shock when midlife hit, and suddenly, I was at a loss for why life felt ill-fitting, stagnated, anxious, and exhausting.

Shouldn’t I be further along by now?
For all I’ve accomplished, why doesn’t it feel like enough?
Shouldn’t I have life figured out already?
Why am I still putting up with other people’s bad behaviour?
When do I get to focus on myself as a priority?

These questions led me to hire my first coach, and I choked when she asked me what I wanted my life to be.

Here I was, in midlife, not knowing who I really was or what I wanted, without considering the opinions or expectations of everyone around me.

  • What difference did I want to make?

  • How big or bold was I allowed to dream?

  • How quiet and personal did I want my life to feel?

  • What really filled me with joy and purpose?

  • Why did I feel anxious all the time?

That was several years ago, and it changed the trajectory of my life personally and professionally.

I’ve sorted out many important elements over the years, and I continue to do so because that’s the one constant in life…it is ever evolving, and so are we.

Today, I love life and myself in a soft, sweet and deeply personal way.

Learning how to love myself softly and sweetly has made me a better parent, a better partner in my marriage, and has elevated my craft as a coach.

I am at peace with who I am, there is more joy in my life, and I am excited by the work I do and the magic I get to bring to every conversation.

Life isn’t just happening to me, it's being led by me…by my lived values, my desires, and what I believe is possible for me.
This allows me to have a clear vision of who I am and the person I’m still becoming.
